You pay a deposit to book. The balance is due only when the work is delivered — coaching after the session, licences when papers are signed, events when the pack-down is done.

You get a written quote before anything starts. No work begins, and no deposit is taken, until you approve it.
Deposit to book
Small deposits hold your slot: typically 20% for events and commissions, full payment for single sessions.
Balance on delivery
The remainder is invoiced when the work lands. Refunds follow the policy on our refund page.
