By browsing starjoltau.com or buying a service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms are a contract between you and BeardyBird Interactive Pty Ltd (ABN 47 209 581 364), trading as Star Jolt Australia.

What the site is

starjoltau.com is the official Australian presentation portal for Star Jolt: Retro Space Arcade. It presents the game, its community, and a catalogue of services such as coaching, tournaments, merchandise, and licensing.

The game itself is downloaded from Google Play and carries its own in-game terms. These terms cover the website and the services sold here.

Buying services

• Prices on the site are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Until then it is an offer to buy, which we may decline.
• Service descriptions on the site describe what is included. Anything not listed is not included.
• Digital items deliver electronically to the contact details you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That means no scraping at abusive volume, no attempts to breach security controls, no submitting other people's personal information through our forms, and no using the site to infringe our or anyone else's rights.

Form spam, credential stuffing, and denial-of-service behaviour will result in blocked access and, where warranted, a report to the relevant authorities.

Accounts and pilots

Some services use your in-game pilot callsign (for coaching, tournaments, commissions). You confirm the callsign you give us is yours. We never ask for your Google account password, and you should never send it.

Intellectual property and licences

Site content belongs to us or our licensors. Services such as licences grant only the rights written on the service page and its licence PDF. A licence not purchased is a licence not held.

Refunds and cancellations

Our refund rules are set out on the Refund Policy page and comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Booking-based services (coaching, events) follow the cancellation windows on that page.
