This policy covers the starjoltau.com website and the services sold through it. The Star Jolt game itself is governed by the in-game privacy notice distributed through Google Play.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us through forms: name, email, phone number, and the content of your message.
• Order details when you purchase a service: the items bought, billing contact details, and transaction references. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, device type, approximate region, and referring site.
• Coaching materials you voluntarily send us, such as run replays and screenshots.

How we use your information

• To deliver the services you order, including scheduling, delivery, and follow-up.
• To respond to enquiries sent through the contact form or by email.
• To operate tournaments, partner programs, and beta access lists you join.
• To send service notices and, where you opt in, drop announcements and newsletters.
• To meet our legal obligations under Australian law, including tax and consumer record-keeping.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of cookies: strictly necessary ones that keep the site working, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages people read. Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors needed to run the site and services: our hosting provider, email service, payment processor, and scheduling tools. Each is bound by a written data-processing agreement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where a processor stores data outside Australia, we rely on contractual clauses meeting the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the same rights plus portability, restriction, and objection rights, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Data retention and security

Contact form messages are kept for 24 months. Order records are kept for seven years as Australian tax law requires. Coaching materials you send are deleted 90 days after your last session unless you ask us to keep them on file.

We protect stored data with encryption at rest, access controls limited to staff who need it, and annual reviews of what we still need to keep.

Changes and complaints

If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a fresh date. Significant changes are flagged on the home page for 30 days.
